How does shipping work?
All orders are placed and shipped through our Etsy shop, so shipping costs, timelines, and tracking all show up right in your Etsy order. Made-to-order pieces list their print lead time on the product page — that time is added before the ship date.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes — one-offs, color changes, or something entirely new. Send a message with what you have in mind and we’ll tell you if it’s printable and what it would cost. For larger runs (events, party favors, resellers), use the Bulk Orders page.
What do I need to paint a blank?
A can of filler primer, basic acrylics, and a couple of brushes will get you a long way. Every blank is designed with smooth surfaces and crisp detail so paint goes on easily. The Guides section and the YouTube channel walk through the whole process step by step.
What are the prints made of?
Display pieces and paintable blanks are typically PLA; pieces that get handled a lot (like keychains) are PETG for durability. Each product page lists what matters for that piece.
